1. Operator and service
Game.space is operated by Tim Buschmann, Schloßstraße 1, 23701 Eutin, Germany. Contact: dcaskocafe@gmail.com.
The service offers gamer profiles, partner suggestions, mutual likes, matches, messages and session planning. Registration does not guarantee a contact, match or session. Published information is not automatically verified; a verification indicator covers only the specific information actually confirmed.
2. Minimum age, registration and account
Game.space is available only from age 16. Before sign-in you must truthfully declare your age and actively accept these terms. Ages below 16 are rejected. Acceptance confirms your declaration; it does not replace independent age verification.
If applicable law requires permission from your legal representatives to participate, you must have it. The age for certain privacy consents does not make a minor an adult or replace permission required for a user contract.
Use only Google, Discord or gaming accounts you are authorised to use. Protect credentials and report suspected misuse. You can disconnect external accounts. Optional data sharing uses separate controls or permissions; accepting these terms is not consent to arbitrary processing.
3. Conduct and permitted content
Post only content you have the necessary rights to use. Do not publish other people's images, private data or conversations without permission or another sufficient basis. Follow the rules of games and external platforms.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory attacks, sexual approaches to minors, fraud, impersonation, spam and manipulation of points, invitations, matches or session confirmations are prohibited. Sessions are voluntary; you can end, block or report a contact.
4. Rights in your content
Your rights remain yours. You give Game.space non-exclusive, purpose-limited permission to store, technically adapt and display your content according to your settings or transmit it to selected recipients as needed for requested features. This does not cover separate commercial exploitation or training AI models with your content.
Deletion ends its use for these purposes. Necessary backups and statutory retention follow the privacy policy. Content already transmitted or copied by others cannot always be fully retrieved.
5. Asko Points and Premium
The real-money shop remains closed until the necessary business and legal arrangements are in place. No Asko Points bundles or paid subscriptions can currently be purchased on Game.space. Displayed future prices are not offers you can order.
Points come from described activities and are spent on displayed features. The required amount is shown before use. They cannot be cashed out or traded outside the service. Proven erroneous or abusive credits may be corrected individually; you can request review by email.
Premium may be activated through an explicitly described grant or an active, confirmed boost of Asko Cafe. The boosting Discord account must be connected to Game.space. A successful recheck updates eligibility. Confirmed termination of the boost or disconnecting the account ends this source of Premium; an independent valid grant may remain. A technical check failure alone does not remove the last confirmed status; you can retry verification.
A boost is a separate Discord service with its own terms and possible charges. Game.space activation does not purchase a boost for you. Available Premium features are described in the Premium area.
6. Reports, measures and review
Report using the relevant feature or email dcaskocafe@gmail.com, identifying the content and reason as precisely as possible. Discord is not required. Additional support: Asko Cafe, channel “#»・🎫︱support-ticket”.
Depending on severity, repetition and affected interests, measures may include content removal, feature restrictions or suspension. Decisions should be proportionate. You can request reasons or review of a measure affecting you by email. Statutory complaint and legal remedies remain available.
7. Ending participation and changes
You can stop participating at any time and delete your account in the Safety Center or request deletion by email. A data download is also available. A serious or repeated breach may justify ending use; statutory rights remain.
Material changes are explained before taking effect. Silence does not create new charges or significant obligations. Where renewed acceptance is needed, it is requested actively. Privacy, deletion and complaint rights are not restricted.
8. Statutory rights and liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Accepting these terms does not waive your statutory rights or generally release the operator from responsibility.
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Statutory rules determine court jurisdiction; these terms do not establish an exclusive court in Eutin.
